The General Services Administration (GSA) has completed a Vendor and Customer Self Service (VCSS) system which can be used by the two shippers and customers of GSA. VCSS is an online application that will allow traders to make and manage their requesting electronically (paperless) and track the circumstance with portions made by GSA Schedules, and will allow customers to see charging and portion information. 

VCSS System features:

  • Allow GSA's dealers to submit on-going electronic requesting, track the circumstance with submitted sales and the circumstance with portions created from those sales; 
  • View current orders and portions; 
  • Eliminate the necessity for dealers to submit paper sales; 
  • Allow GSA's customers to see charging and correspondence information, association with outside locales, and toll charging data to CSV; 
  • Allow customers to manage their own records, overview account history and present the new correspondence.
